Scotland’s internationally acclaimed and mesmerizing songstress, Eddi Reader, of Fairground Attraction fame teams up with Ireland’s own piano accordion maestro, Alan Kelly and his gang of acclaimed musicians featuring Steph Geremia on flute and vocals, John Douglas (Trashcan Sinatras) and Shane McGowan (Sean Keane Band) on guitars with Jim Higgins (Christy Moore, The Stunning) on percussion. Brimming with powerful instrumentals, alluring songs and buoyant harmonies this is a wonderful union of Scottish and Irish tradition from true masters. Alan joined Eddi’s band in 2003 and since has toured and recorded by her side for the past 20 years, the two forging an enduring musical comradery. Though this show was initially put together in 2010 as a once off collaboration, it has since developed into a headlining act and sold out their Irish tours for 10 consecutive years. Mixing the Alan Kelly Gang’s innovative perspective to the Celtic repertoire with Eddi Readers thrilling and affecting performance, this show has been praised for leaving audiences spellbound. 1. Introduction

At the Irish Cultural Centre Hammersmith, we are committed to providing an exceptional cultural experience to our patrons. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could prevent you from attending an event for which you have purchased tickets. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for ticket refunds and exchanges.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Cancelled Events: In the event that a scheduled event is cancelled by the Irish Cultural Centre Hammersmith, you will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price, including any service fees.

2.2 Rescheduled Events: If an event is rescheduled to a different date, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund.

2.3 Postponed Events: If an event is postponed, and the new date is not announced immediately, your ticket will be valid for the rescheduled date once it is confirmed. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund.

2.4 Change of Program or Venue: We reserve the right to make changes to the program or venue. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders of any changes. Tickets will remain valid for the modified event, but if you cannot attend due to the changes, you may request a refund.

3. Refund Requests

3.1 Refund Deadline: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the date of the event. Requests received after this period will not be considered.

3.2 How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our Box Office. Please provide your name, order number, event details, and the reason for your refund request.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving a valid refund request.

4.2 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the event was cancelled, refunds will include the full ticket price, including service fees.

5. No-Refund Exceptions

5.1 Late Arrival: We strongly recommend arriving at the event on time. Late arrival may result in the forfeiture of your ticket without refund.

5.2 Personal Reasons: Refunds will not be provided for tickets that cannot be used due to personal reasons, such as illness or travel conflicts.

5.3 Lost or Stolen Tickets: We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please keep your tickets in a safe place.
