Step into the captivating world of the renowned Irish-Swiss artist Claudio Viscardi at his new art exhibition, “Journey from Beara - The London Collection”. This exclusive show presents Viscardi’s latest body of work, inspired by the dynamic energy, history and diverse cultures of London, a city that serves as a rich source of artistic exploration, all the while maintaining a soulful connection to the vivid inspiration of the Beara Peninsula, (County Cork Ireland) and its influence on Viscardi’s work.

This exhibition invites visitors to experience Viscardi’s signature technique, using self-made paints from earth and mineral pigments, alongside his unique style of combining lyrical landscapes, mythology and architectural forms, which blend elements and influences of his dual artistic heritage. Drawing from the rhythm of London’s historic and contemporary architecture and striking cityscapes, this collection unveils an imaginative exploration of London, juxtapositioned with the timeless influence of Beara and the intersection of past and present. Come along on February 6th and meet the artist. 

Also enjoy some beautiful harp music, which will be played Live by Tara Viscardi.

About the Artist Claudio Viscardi: Claudio Viscardi is an Irish-swiss artist, living on the Beara Peninsula in County Cork, Ireland. His poetic, visionary and powerful works draw the observer into an extraordinary world. His unique and innovative style has led him to having exhibitions all over Ireland and internationally, including shows at Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, the Museum Eichstatt, Germany, the Museum Furstenfeldbrugg, Munich and a large exhibition in the Museo Moesana in his home town in Switzerland. A collection of Claudio’s paintings are also held at London’s prestigious  ‘Saatchi Gallery’.
